MOUNTAIN LAKE PARK — A 46-year-old Preston County, W.Va., man was arrested Friday after he allegedly participated in sexual relations with an unidentified 16-year-old boy in Mountain Lake Park, according to the Garrett Bureau of Investigation.
David Allen Ridenour was charged with sodomy and perverted practice before being jailed on $5,000 bond, pending bail review in district court.
Ridenour was arrested in Mountain Lake Park by Garrett County deputies after a warrant was issued when police determined that Ridenour allegedly engaged in sexual relations with the boy in an abandoned house.
