Crews from Harbel Construction remove snow and debris from the Hotel Gunter in Frostburg on Monday afternoon. The historic Main Street structure was temporarily condemned Saturday after a portion of the roof collapsed, displacing nearly 30 tenants who occupy the 19 apartments in the hotel.
