Frankfort, Keyser graduates complete a chapter of life

Kayla Lynne Lynam, Miss West Virginia 2008 and a graduate of Frankfort High, was the guest speaker. The fairwell address was delivered by Brittany N. Armentrout. Diplomas were presented by Tilden L. Hackworth, assisted by members of the Mineral County Board of Education and graduations marshalls. Closing remarks were given by Samantha Slaughter.
