Four hurt in one-car accident

LONDONDERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Four Allegany County residents suffered minor injuries in a one-vehicle accident on Cooks Mill Road in southern Bedford County.

About 20 fire and ambulance personnel from Hyndman and Ellerslie responded to the 6:53 p.m. emergency call. All four victims were transported to Cumberland Memorial Hospital.

The incident took place approximately three miles from state Route 96 between Cooks Mill and Hyndman. The Pennsylvania State Police is investigating.
