The winner is…

Sue Sivic of Frostburg (left) won the $250 prize for having a cover-all in the Times-News bingo game. She is congratulated by Times-News Advertising Director Jen James. Sivic’s name was drawn among five people who turned in their winning cards when the Times-News opened Thursday morning. The other contestants were Anna Campbell, Cumberland; Brenda Martin, Ridgeley, W.Va.; Mary Logue, Ellerslie; and John Cooper, Cumberland.
