Five-year-old Anastasia Klein of LaVale rides her tricycle Saturday morning at Canal Place in Cumberland as she leads youngsters in the children’s first Dandy Bicycle Parade around the Crescent Lawn festival grounds.

Older riders participated in the parade through the streets of Town Centre and back to Canal Place with decorated bikes they called floats.
