Zachery, a 6-month-old short hair black/white male, is very affectionate and likes to be the center of attention, according to officials at the Allegany County Animal Shelter.

The shelter is located at 716 Furnace St. in Cumberland. Adoption hours are weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to noon.
