Firefighters work to extinguish a fire at a vacant building that formerly housed the Rawlings Athletic Complex on Racquet Club Road in Rawlings early Sunday morning. Built in 1978, the complex adjoins Fore Sisters Golf Course. When it functioned as the athletic complex, it included an outdoor swimming pool, athletic fields and indoor tennis courts.
