Allegany College of Maryland student Shawntia Humphries votes Tuesday afternoon at her polling location, St. Luke’s Lutheran Church on Frederick Street in Cumberland. The Allegany County Board of Elections reported 567 voters had cast their ballots at St. Luke’s by 11 a.m.
