The Allegany County Fair and Ag Expo is allowing 4-H and FFA participants to bring two breeding goats of either meat, dairy or mini to the fair after a number of the participants and group leaders voiced concerns that they wouldn’t be able to participate in the fair at all. Ag Expo cut back on breeding animals, such as goats, and 4-H participants who only dealt in these breeding animals would not have been able to display their animals.
