Allegany County Center for Career and Technical Education students Brandon Custer and Zach Saylor are eligible to earn college credits as part of the Maryland State Department of Education’s articulation agreement with the Pennsylvania College of Technology. The Career Center is certified by the National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation for all four courses in the program, which allows students to take tests to earn up to 15 college credits. The courses include lessons on brakes, suspension and steering, engine performance and electronic/electrical systems.
