She hopes other people got better results than she did

Last year, we felt we were very fortunate to have Nails repair the back wall of our home. My father had put new roofing on the house 27 years ago but forgot to put flashing on, and as the years went by rain and snow ran down along the walls and rotted the wood.

Nails, which I understand is an apprenticship project, helped us with the wall. I was shocked to see that they used the same rotten wood they took off the walls.

The 2X4s were not put in even. They only used very little insulation on the wall around the window, which was jammed and hard to open. I couldn't understand why I felt snow blowing in on me.

I am so glad I decided to have my bathroom remodeled, otherwise I never would have noticed the work Nails was supposed to do. We were shocked as you could see outside in some parts, you could see the vinyl siding and also the chimney in other parts.

I want everyone to know about this shoddy work. I have pictures of this wall also. I truly hope other people that used Nails got better service than we did.
