The couple was married March 26, 1961, in Weston, W.Va., by the Rev. John Hardman at the home of the bride. The best man was Robert Leonard, brother of the groom. The maid of honor was Sandy Jane McQuain-Cayton, cousin of the bride.

Mr. Leonard is the son of the late Agnes and Lloyd Leonard of Weston.
The Leonards are the parents of one son, Jonathan Seth Leonard, of Gainesville, Fla., and one daughter, Dr. Elizabeth Mae Kim and husband, Dr. Preston Kim, of Ellicott City. They also have three grandchildren, Abigail Helen Kim, Sarah Elizabeth Kim and Daniel Y. Kim.
Pastor Mark Mooney, former pastor of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Smithsburg, offered the dinner prayer. The dinner and anniversary cake were prepared by the Greenbrier. The feature of the cake was the original topper that decorated the Leonards’ wedding cake of 1961. During the evening, videos of the couple’s family, friends and events were shared with the guests.
