“Chloe,” a 3-year-old short-haired female cat, is a “very sweet and quiet girl,” said an Allegany County Animal Shelter spokeswoman. The animal is current on vaccinations and has been spayed and microchipped. The shelter is located at 716 Furnace St. in Cumberland.
