Perla, a 3-month-old, female, short hair calico, is affectionate and playful and would do well in any home environment, according to officials at the Allegany County Animal Shelter. The shelter is located at 716 Furnace St., Cumberland. Adoption hours are weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon.
